Muzaffer Doğrular was born in Izmir at 1960 and finished his whole education life here. After his compulsory military service in 1982, he has worked as a mechanicer till he founded BEST SERVIS in 1989 which would give service to race cars at rallies.

As Best Servis, between the years 1989-1992 they gave service to Merih Erkal, Murat Doğrular, Süleyman Atay, Mithat Diker and Vedat Diker´s race cars and got the "Best Service Cup"s at that years. After 10 years, in season 2002, Best Servis again got the racing service of Vedat Diker and Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI.

Muzaffer Doğrular also has a racing life. Between 1991-1993 he got the results 1st in Izmir Overall Leaderboard at 1991, 2nd in Izmir Overall Leaderboard at 1992 and again 1st in Izmir Overall Leaderboard at 1993. He has also won several Championships in Group N.

By becoming the Turkiye Dealer of several performance and modification parts producers since 1993, BEST SERVIS has prooved it´s quality in Performance World and is still working hard for performance enthusiasts.
